ModServ Co. Rules

1 - Sites disagree with the Islamic law that have sexual materials are not allowed.
2 - Sites disagree with the country politic are not allowed.
3 - Specialized sites in hacking and its lessons are not allowed.
4 - Patches and Viruses are not allowed to be uploaded on our servers.
5 - It's not allowed to use a lot of server resources* as this affects the server quality negatively and this affects the customer's accounts also, That causes the account to be suspended to save what mentioned before.
6 - Sending Emails and Generating Backups are available at off peak hours like Dawn.
7 - It's not allowed to upload mailers and SPAM from it.
8 - It's not allowed to upload shell scripts and something like that.
9 - It's not allowed to setup chat scripts on our servers and it's allowed to put an APPLET.
10 - Backups are taken every two weeks, But the customer has a full responsibility about his backup.
11 - It's not allowed for the customer to order a monthly plan reseller if he had more than 10 accounts, Minimum payment for this reseller is Quarterly plan.
12 - If you don't apply with any of ModServ Co. Rules you will get your account suspended just as a warning (Except sexual materials, Scam, Mailers, and Hacking Tools), In the second time the fine will be applied and the account won't be unsuspended except you pay the fine and in
the third time the customer MUST transfer his account to another company after paying the fine "DOUBLED" to give him his backup.
13 - It's not allowed that you talk with service providers BADLY or defamation them or their company both by hint or by clarify, At this condition the account will be suspended and won't give any backup until the customer pay the fine, And it's 400L.E.
14 - The customer that finished his term must tell us if he need to renew or not in a maximum period of 10 days after he receive the renew E-Mail from us otherwise the account will be terminated and in this situation we are not responsible about the backup neither the account.
15 - Customers have more than 5000 Members can send E-Mails 4 times only on a week, Customers have more than 10000 Members can send E-Mails 2 times only on a week and Customers have more than 20000 Members can send E-Mails a time only on a week and at off peak hours like Dawn.
16 - Deals can be made with official Emails only ( @modserv.com ), We don't stand any responsibility about dealing with a free email.

ModServ Co. Fines

- Sexual Materials => 200L.E.
- PayPal Scams and Others => 200L.E.
- Patches, Viruses, Shells and Hack Tools => 150L.E.
- SPAM from mailers => 100L.E.
- Direct download links ( Movies, Songs, Games, Programs, etc... )  => 100L.E.
- Sending mails and taking backup in any time except Dawn ( From 3 AM To 9 AM CLT ) => 50L.E.
 

Note: If you were on ModServ Co. server, That's mean you agreed our rules.
Note: Every customer has it's own ID, Customer can't request anything until he provided it's ID.
Note: We can modify these rules at any time we want without telling any reasons.
Note: It's not allowed that you say that you didn't read ModServ Co. Rules.
Note: If you disagree any of these rules, The account will be suspended and won't be open except you pay the fines wrote above.


* Increasing session higher than 15 min, Direct downloads from ModServ Co. server like ( Movies, Songs, Games, Programs, etc... ).
